AH-S Pump Tournament!

I've been thinking of having one for a long time now..
The only problem?

Not enough people,
If we HAD a Pump Tourney in SG,
Would you participate?

And in which category?
Female Speed
Male Speed
New-Comer Speed

Each round would work like this,
Each round will have 4 songs.
Each contestant in the round will get to pick 2 songs alternatingly.
The winner is declared based on a "Best-Three-Out-Of-Four".

So, the songs are not set, You don't have to be pro to join, Just choose songs you can play well and you might stand a chance =)

If there is a tie, The winner will be decided based on score.
If a player chooses a Hard song as the first song and both players do not get an 'A',
The person who chose the first song automatically loses that "Song-Round"

I'm just asking if any of you would consider joining,
And ask your fellow Pumping friends too!!

Post up names here, then I can decide on how many more people we need before we can plan a Tourney =x

No, not enough people yet, definitely.

Unless we mix female and male speed together
Then we have enough people for Speeder and Beginner Speed category.

But I think:

Male Speed
Female Speed
and Beginner Speed Category is a much better idea

Minimum, 8 Per Category,
That's 24 People

how many are there currently?

If everyone agrees to join,
Not many, Because Most of the guys I know can be in the tournament are either in NS or studying for O' levels and aren't interested.

To be realistic,
2 guys in male speed
5 is female speed
4 in beginner speed

That's 13 more people needed

I think I'm the one in the o' level section.
But anyway if you set a nice date not too near the date i'm fine with it ^^.

we set 3 song . 1 easy , 1 normal , 1 hard .
this will be a more fair standard (:
if choose song . score is surely not fair .
is a mix competition well .
a tourney . in sg . not now i guess .
hard to find people . we need advertise this forum . in all of the website . example google or smth

as for tournament, if u want organise OFFICIAL can arrange with me im the middle contactable to Zone X head to plan with.

in america and australia, there got freestyle and scoring catagory.
in singapore, we only got freestyle/scoring basis as there isnt many freestylers playing so i only can arrange it for scoring basis.

anything can propose to me or approach me for discussion. if i can get to know TimeZone management perhaps i can organise Pump It Up PRO. But it seems it's impossible. So i only can do it with ZoneX.

well . is our tourney so we set how is being done .
we go for scoring basics . on 3 permanent song . example . 1st song - 3 star , 2nd song -6 star , 3rd song - 1 skull like that . is a more fair like that .

as for tourney . u are the ideal person to advertise this tourney as u have alot of connection around sg . ( shld be la ) well i still wondering who will join . we need atleast 30 ppl to start .;o . hope u can help . lets disucss this here instead on emailing etc . waste time . and somemore . here more people can add in sugar and spice .
